The premise is two female best friends, one of which was abused by her stepfather. The abused girl (maybe Emily) kills the other girls boyfriend. At some point the two girls are in the car together and Emily tries to shoot herself but ends up shooting her best friend instead. When the shot girl is explaining the situation to a case worker she begins to realize their relationship is toxic.
