book about a brother and sister who live under a lake or pond in the city, town and go to the land above. the female made pizza appear with a magic ring i belive and the older man they were staying with used to live under the lake or pond. Those under the lake/pond age differently than those above. I read the book in middle school between 1998-2001. I feel like the book was somehting3under the lake I could be wrong.
