History: Her mother had known about the camp Edie’s entire life, but had just been trying to make it on their own without the help from anyone else. When Edahline started talking about seeing spirits at the age of twelve however, she wasn’t sure if they would be able to stay where they were, soon other creatures would too know that Edahline was a Demi-god. Madilyne had know who Edie’s father as even before she had slept with the god, but she never thought that they would have had a child together. When it was time (Edie’s 14th birthday) she told her daughter about how she had met a god one night and they had a fling. She then explained which god it was (Hades), and what that meant for Edahline. She was also informed on the camp that she wold be able to attend if she wanted to, but when she first got the offer she declined. She wanted to have time to take in all of the information about what her life actually was. The year after, two days after her 15th birthday she finally told her mother she was ready to go to the camp. So they packed her some supplies, and took an adventure across the country to where the camp was located. At the gate, she was sad that she would have to be without her mother, but they agreed to meet at least twice a year, and that made Edahline feel slightly better. She has now been at the camp just about two years and she is quite happy with her decision. Though she does miss her mother still.

The flashes from the fire exposed her eye to too much light which drained it of the majority of its colour.

Also, can you put at least 1 sentence for your camper's personality? Nice and bookworm don't fully describe what your camper is like. I'm also not sure your worst skill is accurate/acceptable. What about plants makes it her worst skill? Plants and animals aren't skills in of themselves. They're things (nouns). Is she good at communicating with animals? Taking care of animals? Just saying animals as a 'best skill' is very vague. I don't mean to sound nitpicky or anything. And I don't want to 'suck the fun' out of character profiles and all that, I'm just unsure of who Rachel actually is as a person. The profile you have for her is very vague. I don't even know your camper's eye color.

Especially those who can't stand up for themselves. She's a daughter of Aphrodite, though she's never had much of an interest in love. Not falling in love anyway. She's asexual, but she's also aromantic. She likes the concept of love and platonic love. Despite the fact that she feels little to no romantic attraction, she still enjoys hearing all of her half-sibling's stories about love, even though she can never 100% understand them herself.
One wouldn't assume she's asexual based on the way she looks. Due to the way she carries herself and her godly parent, most people would assume she's a stereotypical, girly daughter of Aphrodite. However, unlike some of her half-sibling's, she wears makeup and dresses for herself, and herself alone.

History:
Life before Camp Half-Blood
Julieta was born to Marco Barradas and Aphrodite. She was born in Los Angeles. Her heritage goes back to Mexico. Her father died in a hate crime when she was 8 and became an orphan. She didn't have any living relatives, so she became part of the foster family system. She cycled through 3 families before she arrived at Camp Half-Blood. The first family she was fostered by was compromised of an older woman and her husband. They treated her well, but the two died in a car accident on the way back from dropping Julieta off at school. When Julieta had seen the car after the crash, she saw claw marks scratched into both the front doors, however, when she pointed this out, no one believed her.
The next family she was fostered by were kind as well, though they had so many kids they fostered that they couldn't provide well for all of them. Since Julieta was the newest foster child, she was sent back through the system. The third and final family who fostered her didn't like her. They treated her as if she was a servant. They frequently told her that her father must've been killed because he was an illegal immigrant and was taking jobs away. On the contrary, her father was a 3rd-generation American. On one occasion, Julieta thought she saw her 3rd foster mom with a donkey leg after she accidentally walked in on her putting on socks. Her 3rd pair of foster parents physically abused her, once threatening the kill her. They often called her a half-blood. At the time, she had assumed they were referring to her half-Mexican heritage, but she later found out they meant she was a demigod.
At the age of 11, she finally got tired of her home life and ran away. She crossed paths with a satyr, who took her to Camp Half-Blood.
Camp Half-Blood
Julieta has been at Camp Half-Blood for 7 years. A lot of campers will get confused when she mentions that she's an asexual daughter of Aphrodite, due to Aphrodite being the goddess of love and lust. It's something camp bullies love to tease her about.
