YA/NA book about humans not knowing about secret vampire world

I read this book 4-5 years ago, I remember there are humans (possibly only females) that are taken out of school/finish school and taken to an underground world of vampires they knew nothing about. This may be more than one book, not sure if it was a series. I think the girl's are auctioned to vampires to be used as blood bags and the main character is chosen/saved by a prince? and he would not drink from her. At one point he is trapped in this cave/tomb to save her with old, unfed vampires and almost dies.
