YA Portal Fantasy. Group of friends jump off cliff through portal. Read 2010-2015

I remember reading this in 2010-2015 and it was basically about a group of teens who jumped into a portal off a cliff. They all ended up in the same world but in different areas and they all are found by different people and travel somewhere. While it switched between charactets in the different chapters, I specifically remeber a girl being found by a prince?
I think it was about 3 boys and 2 girls? And the group had a couple who were dating as well.

I doubt it's this but it sounds like a similar premise to Time Riders by Alex Scarrow.

Not an exact match but possibly The Silver Chair ? it opens with a girl and boy going off a cliff and ending up in another world.
