Dark m/m/m with two bodyguards and a junkie

So here’s some more info on the book:

- when did I read it? ~2019
- I think it was part of a series but could be read as a standalone
- it was an adult book, probably in the erotica category

TW: mentions of drugs and non-con behavior

- plot: as far as I can remember, it was about two bodyguards being hired to protect a bratty and stubborn junkie, who was antagonistic/petty in the previous book(s), which had another mc. The bodyguards decide to hole up in an apartment with their charge, forcing him to stay there and come off his drugs. I recall there being a mafia or mob plot, but in the end the junkie almost dies of OCD by taking drugs offered to him by the antagonist in order to fulfill some kind of ultimatum and redeem himself(?). He is saved and has a happy ever after with his two protectors.
