SOLVED. Mystery, read it in about 2018. Fairytale theme party, long lost sisters. [s]

Hello. Read this book in about 2018-2019 (I assume it was new), remember very little about it. Mystery. Author may be European. Main character is a teenage girl (14-16?). I only remember the part where she needs to go to a fairytale theme party to get info (think she dresses up as Snow White?) and takes her friend (???)'s fuzzy handcuffs with her, someone there tries to persuade her into sex and she handcuffs him. She gets to the party by hiding in the trunk of one of the invited guests' car. The book ends with her going on a trip to another country (maybe France?) and a random girl there telling her that she thinks they may be long lost sisters. VERY unsure about this part but there might be a scene where she's at the house of the friend she got the handcuffs from and there's a pink mug and a black one, and the main character takes the black one. I assume there's a sequel but I haven't read it. Please comment even if you don't think the summary fits very well, anything helps.

EDIT: I read it in Russian btw, also the main character was extremely cynical and cold for her age as far as I remember.
