CraftyChara | 2120 comments MC must have their memory of their past life/lives and use it for their current/future life.

Ascendance of a Bookworm: Part 1 Volume 1 21yo Urano reincarnated into a body of a 5yo (in another world) complete with all of her memories.

The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August Harry finds himself born again back in 1919 in the same circumstances, gaining the knowledge of his earlier life at an early age.

The character's not reincarnated but relives his life over and over again.

A Dog's Purpose

Hannah | 47 comments Also not an exact match. No reincarnation, but in A Memory Called Empire the main character's society is unique in that people appointed to critical jobs are given the memories of all their predecessors. The main character is an ambassador to a powerful empire and the plot revolves around solving a murder mystery.
