SOLVED. YA book read sometime around 2015 involving two half siblings and their best friend in a rural town. [s]

I didn't finish the book and I don't remember a ton about it, but the cover was three silhouettes against the night sky - the title had the word "stars" in it if I remember correctly.
Trying to remember, but the half sister and half brother lived together with one of their dads in a rural town.
