SOLVED. YA, two different teenage girls get kidnapped; every chapter switches between those two girls. [s]

I believe I read the book around 2007. I remember very random details. I know 100% that each chapter switched between two different teenage girls. The girls did not know each other.

First girl: got kidnapped from off her boat (I think she was travelling with her parents). She said something like the kidnapped knew what he was doing because he said "you'll never see your parents again" to scare her. I think the kidnapper kept her in the boat and called her ladybug or something with "bug".
Second girl: pretty sure she had a purple stain on her face that was genetic (unless I'm confusing another book). I think she may have had asthma and couldn't swim? I remember in one chapter, one of the girls gets pushed in the water and the kidnapper has to jump in after them because they couldn't swim. I think the kidnapper just took her off the street.

Maybe Spoiler(?):
I think at the end of the book, the two girls get put together in some type of crate. I feel like the crate was buried too. Can't actually remember how it ended.
