No, but it was similar. I did really like Percy Jackson, though, but no, it wasn't that. I finished the Camp Half-Blood Chronicles a few months ago. I can see why my description fits PJ, though, with the "naughty" kid kicked out of schools, and quests, and that only some people (kids vs demigods) can see monsters. I do remember now that in the series I'm talking about there are these older kids who are losing their ability to see monsters (and there's a lot of emphasis on how buff they are) who are supposed to keep the younger kids in line... thanks for trying to help!
Edit: I think there was also something about the main character secretly becoming friends with one of the older kids who helps his and his other friends, and something about the main character doing something wrong at the camp so the counsellors made him go to a basement of sorts which is where he made all of his friends... I know I'm being really vague about random details I remember, sorry. I think there was also a mission where they went into the sea or something-
Edit number two: And another random detail, there was something about the fact that one of the older kids was somebody or other's brother (maybe the main character's???) which is the whole reason he was being nice to the main character-asfdg i can't remember anything but weird details ahhh
Bailey, can you describe the type of monsters they fight?
What type of weapons, powers or magic do they learn to use? Boys and girls?
