Looking for a book I read around 2005. It was a romance novel that included BDSM

This book seemed fairly new but I believe I read it around 2005-2007. It starts off with a guy ( I think he was a former marine) in a club he sees a girl he recognizes as his friends sister. She wearing a black skirt and is with a bunch of friends. I want to say her name is Mia but I’m not 100% on that. I can remember they go to a bdsm club he pays for that he has a private room at. She never been submissive so she is uncomfortable with everything and they go to the private room. I don’t remember the author and the book front just had a shirtless guy I believe. Tia
