This book is about a pugilist and the famous kangaroo he would fight with and their adventures beating germans during what maybe the 1st World War. It is a story book with pictures that were so adorable. The kangaroo when not boxing would dress as a late 19th/early 20th century lady and go out and about having dinner and tea (the story is set during this time).
I remember a German looking solider and possibly a caricature of Kaiser Wilhelm being involved. The Kaiser had a dog (an English bulldog) that is rescued by the kangaroo at some point.
This is a childrens book and i can not find it anywhere. If anyone can help that would be great. I am starting to feel like I have made this whole book up but if I could draw I would draw what is looks like. Thank you!
