SOLVED. Short Story of a man and his wife. He has a watch that needs to move to keep working. He dies against a tree with the watch no where in site. And the wife is sad cause she promised shed keep the watch going once h passed

Any one know the name of this short story or which book to find it in. Going nuts cause I can't remember. I read it around 2012

I found it. It’s in Paul Jennings book Unseen called the Ticker
