Teens stuck in a theme park, probably sci-fi maybe fantasy

I've read it around between 8-10 years ago probably, at the library. It seemed like a pretty recent book, definitely not from before 2000 or 2005.

I'm really unsure on plot details, I remember there was a group of teenagers who somehow got stuck into a theme park and there was a few horrific moments but I dont remember it being horror. I think I remember that at some point, one of the teens (probably main character) grandfather's head was like in an attraction to scare them.

There was a romantic subplot, the guy attracted to the MC had pale hair and was also part of the group of people who were responsible for all the theme park stuff. He was like, hesitating between his love and what his people wanted him to do. I think he ended up saving the group of teens at the end but staying stuck in the theme park, or helped them escape. It might have been some kind of fae/trickster creature.

I've read it in French but I'm pretty sure it was translated from english. The only book I seem to get when I try googling is Full Tilt, so I can say it's not that one.
