Children’s book Not secret garden but similar idea where a girl finds a key to a garden with a sundial. Think there was a train in the story as well!

Hi everyone,

I keep on remembering this book I read when I was around 8-12 so between 2008-2012 maybe? But I can’t say if this is when it came out.

I feel like this girl is in this kinda outer house of a big manor where she finds a key under the sofa or bed...

It’s a key for a garden that I feel like has a sundial

and then I have vague memories of a train maybe? Or the girl going to the local village to get stuff to sort out the garden?

I know it’s definitely not secret garden because I’ve read that and it’s not the same!
