I hadn't expected the twist with Joran either, but Nina's bit was more towards that she didn't like Rasmus, and she definitely didn't want Hanne to marry him? Was she pushing her? I honestly don't remember.
Honestly, my only thought amongst the Darkling chapters was waiting for him to die finally. I'm just sick of him dying and coming back to life. Die, and stay dead. (hide spoiler)]

That this is their HFN, and they went on to live good lives, like the ending we got in Ruin and Rising for Mal and Alina, and that any future occurrence of their character would most likely be just cameos, like the Crows were in this. I really hope that won't be the case, though, I would love to read more in this universe. And I really hope that last chapter was a sequel setup involving the crows and KoS crew. (hide spoiler)]

Zoya becoming queen, and Nikolai being completely happy with it and being free to be who he is, and also courting Zoya at the same time was just such an amazing resolution to all of their conflict!!
I just wanted the Darkling to die and stay dead, so I'm glad they're going to kill him off in the next one, whenever it might be (at least, I think that was what was implied?). (hide spoiler)]

I just finished chapter 6 and I really enjoyed it!

I'm so scared about tamar and mayu and I felt so sorry for the kabben that was very emotional and scaring.
finally the darkling: I enjoyed his pov and him thinking about alina and zoya was fun _and yuri replying to him _ but I missed the darkling more with his black kefta and his grisha _Not Alexander_ but I think every plane need patience to grow great so I'm waiting to see what will he do in the north . the songbird plates were very annoying and I'm sad for nikolai that he had to reveal the demon though I didn't expect the darkling to help nor the shu, still can't wait to read mayu's pov.

didn't expect to finish it but I couldn't help myself :)

I wanted rasmus dead and I'm glad he did. I was shocked by hanne's death and I felt something wrong. still don't know how will she act the prince's role without being caught.

Zoya was just like Nina's mother, they were adorable.

I felt sad for Nikolai that he left the crown, he just wanted his country bloom and peace.

the darkling and Nikolai had something in common: their love for Ravka T_T.
I was sad for the darkling. he didn't have the chance to show Ravka and the grisha that he cared about them despite what he had done. I just felt he didn't deserve to suffer all that. hope Zoya will help him even if he will die.

now our dragon queen: I knew she would tern into a dragon and I was waiting this moment.
when Nikolai said that it's time for the Nazyalensky dynasty to begin I wanted to scream<3
I hoped to see their wedding but it looks like Nikolai is nervous to ask her.
