If I do fan art is it possible to pause the story for a day or so? I know that is a lot to ask but I love this story and I dont have a ton of time to slide in the story and reading and drawing between exams and practices and life

Alya screamed, feeling someone’s strong arms carrying her. Was it one of the Auivi? No. Their arms were freezing, like glaciers in the artic. She nearly elbowed whoever it was in the face as she squirmed.
“Good morning to you, too,” Conifeir grumbled. Alya opened her mouth, preparing for a billion questions to pour out, but Conifeir cut her off. “Before you ask, we’re going to my grandmother’s house.”
