3 or 4 beautiful ladies who end up being put in a tv show

The front cover was of a ladies foot with a cherry hanging over her toe. 3 ladies, one was in love with her twin brother having incest relationship, 1 had been really ugly and poor and went to a plastic surgeon who made her beautiful for free and can’t remember the other ladies story. They were then cast in a tv show that made them all famous.

I think it was an author like Jackie Collins or Jilly Cooper - but can’t find that book by them. Think it was set in 70’s / early 80’s. I read it late 90’s I’m sure.
