SOLVED. Tween/YA Fantasy series about kids who use ley-lines to travel the world. [s]

So I read this series about five years ago.
Each book focuses on a different kid until they all end up meeting and possibly saving the world together, there is a big battle scene in the last book. The first book focuses on a boy who has to go and live with a woman in rural England, i believe, only to find that everything about the woman, the house, and the village is creepy. It turns out the whole village is part of a cult-ish thing.
There is another boy who, i'm fairly certain, is from Rio and at least one girl (i'm sure there are more kids but i don't remember). They may have some kind of magic/powers because one can heal (I think) and they are able to use ley-lines to travel around the world and maybe through time too.
The group end up having a shared dream location. A cliff or beach with woodland, in the woods is a library that one of them visits.
I don't think I remember any more really hope someone out there knows this series because its been driving me crazy,
