Aves☆ (crayons) Hi everyone! Does anyone know of ANY fantasy or dystopian or sci-fi novels with non-binary/genderqueer characters (or any who use they/them pronouns)? I don't think I've EVER seen any characters like me in a fantasy setting, only in books that are specifically about queer characters... but I sure would like to :) if they even exist :) otherwise I guess I'll just have to write my own representation, which will be a lot of work :)

Alabaster I can't recall having seen any. It's definitely a place where literature needs to step up it's game and work on some degree of recognition.

I agree. I hope we'll see more representation in the coming years once we become less of a novelty and more of an established option for writing characters.

This is actually a graphic novel, which normally isn't my type, but it was really cute. It's about a hard of hearing witch and a non-binary werewolf (who also has magical powers).

That looks very cute, and I love graphic novels! Thanks for the recommendation :)
