yeah my daughter is intrested in reading one of her books... so i got it to read and make sure it was ok for her and loved it so now many have been added to the reading list and future lists. :)

Yes! I LOVE Kasie West, her books are the definition of clean. I really enjoy them. Did you want recs for you or your daughter (or both)? I know a few that you might like!

-Oh. My. Gods. (2 books in the series)
-Forgive My Fins (3 books in series)
-Bras & Broomsticks (4 books in series)
-How to Meet Boys (1 book, no swearing, no pushy moments, practically a christian romance without religion in it.)
-The Black Sheep (1 book)
-All-American Girl (2 books in series, 2nd book not clean, but you don't have to read the 2nd book.)
-The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom (not romance but SUPER fun 2 books that I know of in the series).

I second this list. Also, Ruby, there's 3 books in the Hero's Guide series so if you haven't read the third one you definitely should (Saving Your Kingdom, Storming the Castle, and Being an Outlaw) :)

Also also, Amanda, I'm going to add the Real Mermaids Don’t Wear Toe Rings series as a rec. There's 4 books, they're all clean. It's a middle grade series about mermaids (oh fancy)

ok so i read alot of my april reading list while stuck in the house with allergies and have to say i am now addicted to kasie west books..... i so wish she would turn on the fence into a series and do books about each one of charlies brothers and even a boom about her dad finding love again.....anyone else feel this way??? i would like to find more authors like her she makes you laugh and cry without me worring about if her characters are going to go to far. cant wait for my daughter to start reading them.

I totally agree! I will go look at my shelf, my mental book search isn't working right now, but I know there are more authors like Kasie West.

I've always wanted to find another author like kasie west!!! i haven't found any quite as good (or clean) as her. her books are amazing

kacie i agree if i can be sent in the direction of another author who can bring so many emotions into a story and make me laugh like she does i will be so greatful it is very hard to find her combination of clean funny and emotional.

Catherine Clark! My best friend is very specific on what she will read (5 swear words or less ((5 is pushing it)), it has to be VERY clean) and she recommended "How to Meet Boys" a bit back. I was so excited to read it since I didn't have to worry. You should try it! Let me see if I can find any more.

-Pride & Popularity (Jenni James, this series is pretty clean, I am not sure about her other books)

-The Way You Make Me Feel (Maurene Goo is pretty clean... you might want to read it first. It has been a while since I read it. But my library did recommend it to me as "Clean".)
