SOLVED. YA Sci-Fi Multiverse army of people named Joe

I cannot figure out what the book/series was called, I read it at most a couple years ago, here's what I remember:

A teen named Joe ends up recruited into an army of alternate versions of himself, all with slightly different Joe-related names, some are female, some have wings, or various other powers or are totally alien-looking.

He runs into a girl from some sort of time police and they end up saving the multiverse by sending the whole Joe army back in time (kinda) to reset the timeline, so that Joe's the new leader of the Joe Army, and it turns out the girl was in a similar situation where her great aunt was the last version of her or whatever.

It's possible the name was Josh, but I'm fairly certain it's Joe.
