I tried making a list on Listopia dedicated to Paranormal or Supernatural Austenesque books https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...) some of which would also be classified as Fantasy that might help. Some books that others put in might not be JAFF/Austenesque but I think most are. It also includes a link to our 2019 Groups Recommendations by Topic for Paranormal & Sci Fi Books. Here are a few books from then and a few new ones as a start that I hope are what you are looking for.

You're amazeballs, Chelsea. You've paved the way and made it easy for me. Thanks, this is exactly what I wanted. I'll look up our old group list, too.
Two by Beth Deitchman: Mary Bennet and the Bloomsbury Coven and Margaret Dashwood and the Enchanted Atlas.I’ll look up a few more.
Four by Joyce Harmon: Mary Bennet and the Bingley Codex, Mary Bennet and the Wickham Artifact, Mary Bennet and the Beast of Rosings Park, and Mary Bennet and the Shades of Pemberley.Mostly set in the Regency but with a futuristic sci-fi (not fantasy) frame: The Jane Austen Project by Kathleen Flynn.

Sophia wrote: "I hadn't thought of Fairytale retellings, Chelsea, and those totally fit, too."Valerie Lennox has a few Austenesque Fairy Tales as well but they said they had no magical, otherworldly, or paranormal elements in them so I didn't include them.
I also forgot
Lizzy and the Lord of Frogs: A Pride and Prejudice Fairy Tale Mash-up.
Sophia wrote: "Fairytale with no magic? Now I'm curious. Thanks, Chelsea."She has 3 in her Happily Ever Collection: https://www.goodreads.com/series/2967...
Mr. Darcy, the Beast: a Pride and Prejudice variation
Mr. Darcy and the Lost Slipper: a Pride and Prejudice variation
In the Tower with Mr. Darcy: a Pride and Prejudice variation
Writers are so creative the way they mash the genres like this. Thanks, Chelsea. I love Beauty and the Beast so I'll definitely be checking out that first one. :)
Oh, and if you want, I can add the other fantasy/paranormal Austenesque I found to your listopia list.

Thanks, that would hopefully help others as well. I have a couple Beauty and the Beast JAFF on my list that I have been meaning to read and hope you enjoy it.
I also just remembered another Beauty and the Beast JAFF on my TBR List I somehow missed.
Darcy the Beast: A Pride and Prejudice Variation
Okay, when I get some time I'll do it.
Yes, that one looks good, thanks, Chelsea. Maybe we'll have to have a Dusty Shelves Fairytale and fantasy version. :)

I also started a Austenesque Fairy Tale list on Listopia if anyone is interested in checking it out or adding to it.https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...

Will you be publishing your list here on Goodreads for others to refer to?

I think the list is pretty well finished being made. Chelsea already has a Listopia list started so I'll simply add the others I found to hers rather than publish a new one on GR.
My list was to see what JAFF Fantasy was out there for a reading list, but then I discovered that it made a great invitation list for me to invite authors to join the JAFF Fantasy group on Facebook, too. I gave the FB group the list I compiled from all the lists and recommendations I got here so it's getting lots of mileage already. :)

Great! The GR listopedia can be accessed through Chelsea's link in her comment above so you don't have to search for it.

Here is the Link again to make it easier to find: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...
Thank you for adding so many books to it Sophia!
I also updated the title to include the word Fantasy which changed the link but I updated the link here in the above comment as well.
Here is the Fairy Tale List as well MichelleH in case that interests you as well since not all Austenesque Fairy Tale books have Fantasy Elements.

LOL, I got so many from Jeanne and others that I had to cull through the books I added to just first in series in some cases to keep it under the 100 book add limit. :) You do a great research service to all the GR members by your lists, Chelsea so I'm happy to help.

Glad to help, I started making them after I had found a Mary Bennet List and a Colonel Fitzwilliam List that I found helpful and figured I would make similar ones.
I just came across a new book coming out this October that I thought I would share here.
Scales and SensibilityI already added it to my Listopia List but figured I would mention it here.
I do not know if this fanfic has been added---No Pride and Another Try by Glorioux fanfiction.net/s/13525949. It has Fairies, monsters, time travel, other world countries, and witches. It is captivating.
Just saw this mentioned on Austenesque Reviews today: Dangerous Magic by, I think, Monica Fairview? Sorry, the html function is not available to me right now because Goodreads is only showing me its lite version.
Hi Sophia: How are you? I've recently published Only Sofia-Elisabete (she's the love-child of Colonel Fitzwilliam). It's historical fiction blended with magical realism, romance, adventure and folklore--a story that sweeps from Spain to the Scottish Hebrides. It's got a ghost in it and much more. It's adult fiction (not YA). I don't know if that meets your fantasy category since magical realism doesn't involve world building. Anyway, thought I'd mention it. Thanks! Robin Kobayashi

Totally counts, Robin! Thanks! I enjoyed an earlier of your books.

These can include fantasy romance. And, you don't have to have read them or liked them if you did. I'm just compiling a list. Put down any Speculative fiction books if your not sure it's strictly fantasy and I'll figure out where it falls.
Thanks a bunch for your help!
