I chose the name Michael because there were two books by this author first name I wanted to read.

Mercy by MICHAEL Palmer
Mercy
Both were excellent! Michael Connelly has got to be one of the best at the police procedural and his characters feel real and even the "good guys" aren't always nice or the "bad guys " are not completely evil.
Michael Palmer is like the James Patterson of medical thrillers that are great reads but have a tendency to sound like a TV medical thriller. Still a good read and he has lots of books!
