At the start the main girl was early teen I believe. I know it has vampires and one of the girls friends gets his head cut off and she received it in a box. I do not remember much about the cult other than they made the women do everything and the were inside a church. I know it’s a series but could not identify any differences between the books other than I believe one was all about Sunday and Sunday was in the title of the book towards the end of the series.

I want to say part of book took place in a desert and the girl stepped on a rattlesnake LOL. Idk if that helps. Also maybe California

Oh and I’m thinking it’s a YA book. Those are usually the best ones
