I read it around 2012-2014. I remember the cover having blue/whiteish tone.. it had the title very similar to “Bruised” or something along the lines. It’s about a girl who met a new guy at their high school named Cole, he was very sweet in the beginning but then he started pushing the girl into isolation from her 2 friends, was extremely jealous, he started hitting/yelling at her and she was very forgiving etc... it got to the point where he almost killed her in the end and the last scene was her in the hospital. There was even a scene where they went to the movies and girls from Cole’s old school where being very skittish around the heroine because she was there with the abuser (Cole)
