Dakota shifted a bit, embarrassed. "I- y-yeah...I kind of..." He stared down at the hospital bed. "Love both of you...like that...y-you know?" His voice was shaky and nervous. He felt desperate to just lean forward and kiss them. But he held himself back, knowing it wasn't his place.
He wasn't sure why he was admitting to loving them, but he was. He couldn't have kept it in a little bit longer? Of course not. His stupid self had to come out and make them hate him. At least...that's what he thought he was doing. But it was better than lying to them, right?

Dakota knew what he was about to do was stupid. He knew that he would probably get slapped. Hell, he would deserve it. But he did it anyway. He took Leo's face in his, eyes closed, and he pressed his lips against his. It was a soft kiss, before he pressed a bit harder. After a moment, he pulled away, opening his eyes.
Before he could catch a breath, his face a soft pink, he grabbed Zor gently by his collar, pulling him toward Kota. He hesitated for half a second before kissing him too. He relished the taste of both of them at the same time, his eyes squeezed shut, for fear of Zorion's expression.
Finally, he pulled back, face fearful. He was shaking a bit, scared of what they'd think of him. He didn't look at either of them, starting to feel ashamed. He breathed deep, trying to catch his breath. His heart was pounding against his ribs, and he was surprised the others didn't hear it. "I-....I'm sorry...You can yell at me.." he whispered.

Dakota looked at Leo, shocked. "I- I did that without consent..." he murmured. "So I'm sorry... I'm not even sure if you like me like that, or if.." His voice got extremely quiet. "Or if you were just joking.." He shifted, embarrassed and a bit upset with himself. He was starting to wish they would slap him. They had to be mad, right? Of course.

Dakota stared at Leo, his eyes starting to fill with tears. Why did he have to be so emotional? He sniffled softly, rubbing at his eyes. "That- ...I don't know," he whispered. He didn't know if he believed Leo. They weren't mean, he knew that, but they might feel pity for him. He just got dumped, so what if they were only acting? He didn't want that..

Then Zorion actually looked very surprised when Dakota thought he needed further consent to kiss him. "Kota... You don't have to ask to kiss us, or me, at least. Because I know that one or both of us are in love with you." He nodded in agreement with Leo. "And we're both here for you. Always. I'll never leave your side if you don't want me to, and I think I speak for both of us when I say that."
With that, Zorion planted another kiss on Dakota's lips, as if confirming what he'd just said moments before. It was soft at first, but he quickly leaned into it, one of his hands finding its way to Dakota's cheek. His thumb gracefully ran over the smooth skin, tracing down Dakota's cheekbone and towards the corner of his mouth.
