Just finished My Sister, the Serial Killer. The two sisters live at home with their mother. Do you count that as roommates, or no? Otherwise I can put them in as Young Adult stage of life.

I hope all went well.

The life stages one sounds like a better fit.
I finished a couple of books today -Bloodlust & Bonnets which I put down as a debut author (the author has written a webcomic for years but this is her first graphic novel, and it was described as her debut on the back)
The Crystal Shard which I put down for 'character has a pet' because the MC has a magical panther (don't we all...)
Aimee wrote: "Johanna wrote: "Just finished My Sister, the Serial Killer. The two sisters live at home with their mother. Do you count that as roommates, or no? I'm going to add my finished book The House in the Cerulean Sea for another spot with middle age, 40s) (it can also be moved to inspirational and pet prompts)
I know not all books are on the planning sheet but we have 4 books highlighted green (close to being done). Maybe we should consider using the wildcards tomorrow to move on to the next round. We have 15 wildcards and 15 open spots so we can still use some next round.

I just added Neighbors to the spreadsheet in the Fresh Starts category, but it could also go as stage of life: mature adult, or theme of friendship if needed there.
This is what Emily posted for Sunflower Your Next Round of Prompts:
Books related to traditional Valentine's Day activities
5 books related to food, cooking, restaurants, or culinary hobbies
5 books in which the main character goes on a date
5 books with flowers on the cover
Emily responded and said we have to get down to 5 prompts without using wildcards for the next round.
I’m a bit bored with Heartless but I should be able to finish it tomorrow. I went ahead and started Geekerella since it looks like it will fit the YA rom com and maybe other spots.
I agree that the next round of prompts sound (more) interesting that what we currently have left. Very little of what I am currently reading will help with those prompts, I might have to put those aside for a bit. Right now we have 8 more books before we can get new prompts.
I hope to finish in a few hours:The Little French Bistro It fits:
Title starting with an L
Protagonist at different stages of life: elderly, middle-aged
Friendship
Which would be best to choose? (when I'm done...)
I also will finish by evening Nothing to See Here, which only fits Protagonists at different stages of life: 10 year olds, 30 years old or so
Kathy, I think the L title prompt is the most restrictive and would put it there. That is great Nancy.
I have about 90 minutes left of my heart book though it will fit in other spots if needed. Unfortunately, it is an ebook so I cannot increase the speed to finish sooner.
It also looks like several books can be moved around to open spots if someone finishes a book that only fits a filled prompt.
I fixed the formulas to only include active books, they were including some of the completed books. I agree on the L prompt.
I have 7.5 hours left on An American Marriage, which is more like 5 with it sped up, so I may finish it sometime tomorrow. I think it only works for the different stages of life prompt, though.
Nancy, I have used one of the different stages prompts but my book fits in three of the open spots so I can easily move it for your book.
I will probably finish Love today, which would be an obvious fit for the "L" slot. I'd have to look at where else it could fit. Actually, I think it will fit in one of the three roommate slots, too.
Excellent, Kim.I went ahead and moved The House in the Cerulean Sea to inspirational cover to open up a different stages prompt. I think, Kim is the only one who had a possible book for inspirational cover. Kim if you need that spot let me know and I will move my book to pet, or warm and fuzzy prompt spot.
Finished my L book, but it could be moved to Protagonist at different stages of life: elderly, middle-aged ORFriendship
I think we have less options for friendship so I'd go ahead and put it there. That completes that prompt.
I just finished I Rode a Horse of Milk White Jade by Diane Lee Wilson and added it to a book that spans more than 10 years. It would also work for the pet prompt or friendship if someone else is working on the 10 years one.I'm going to start reading Ella Enchanted today, and hopefully finish tonight or early tomorrow. I'm planning on using it for the YA rom-com prompt.
I will probably finish Sense and Sensibility tomorrow which could be either a Roommates or a Heart on cover.
Nothing to See Here featured a friendship so I slotted it there. It also fits "protagonists at different stages of life."
Nancy wrote: "I haven't, though I've read others by her. Was it good?"It was difficult. I could rate it, I couldn't review it. Maybe I'll read it again in a few years and understand it better.
I finished What's Mine and Yours and put it in different stages of life, for 30s. The timeline jumps around a lot, but I'd say in most of it that's the age of the main characters. It does also work for pets if we need to move it there.
I finished Rippler. I don't really think it fits for what we have left.....mayve the pets. The main character's best friend has lots of cats as they save cats. The cats are kind of important to the story -so maybe at a stretch....
I finished Geekerella by Ashley Postonfor YA rom com. We have now unlocked the bonus round. I’ll request it in the FAQ thread.
Here's your last set of prompts, Team Rose! Happy reading!
5 Book Prompts
We will be there at 5 for our Valentine's date
Five books related to food, cooking, restaurants, or culinary hobbies
Five books in which the main character goes on a date
Five books with flowers on the cover
(I've updated your spreadsheet as well!)

I've added Streams of Silver under 'different aged protagonists' (it didn't really fit anywhere else).I'm unlikely to finish any more books before tomorrow as I have a Zoom birthday party to attend tonight, but I'll have a look on my shelves and try to find something with flowers on the cover just in case.

so happy to see these!
These look like fun. I know someone was also working on the Heart cover my book Heartless can move to any of the new prompts if needed. I do have a cozy mystery Death by Dumpling which would work for the food prompt though I’m not sure if I can finish it by Sunday night. I also need to listen to Northanger Abbey (default copy) and I have no idea where it will fit.
Would you all consider cotton to be flowers? I am considering starting Homegoing and one of the covers has what I'm assuming is cotton. Not sure I can read it in 2 days though.
I would have to add that it is an excellent book and would highly recommend reading it but also very heavy. It isn’t a book that I could read in a weekend.
I just finished Sense and Sensibility. I put it in as Roommates not Romantically Involved, but it could also be a "warm and fuzzy" or "Main character goes on a date". Will try to finish The Yellow House
