this page tells us the difference between epic fantasy and high fantasy and that some people consider them the same I thought the same should apply on the urban fantasy page which is why it is in the librarian section also low fantasy takes place in the "real world" and in cities too

As Scott said, this is not a librarian issue. You could try the Help section

Sandra wrote: "Genres aren't something that librarians do. It is crowd sourced by mbrs shelving the book."
Librarians can group/link genres, and add descriptions to them. (Some genre work is limited to supers.)

--> Might make sense to update both descriptions from the Wikipedia pages for those genres? That would solve the above.
Urban Fantasy:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urban_f...
"Urban fantasy is a subgenre of fantasy in which the narrative uses supernatural elements in a 19th-century to 21st-century (or equivalent) urban society. It usually takes place in the present day (or the equivalent of the "present day")."
Low Fantasy:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_fan...
"Low fantasy, or intrusion fantasy, is a subgenre of fantasy fiction in which magical events intrude on an otherwise-normal world. The term thus contrasts with high fantasy stories, which take place in fictional worlds that have their own sets of rules and physical laws.
An alternative definition, common in role-playing games, rests on the story and characters being more realistic and less mythic in scope."

I dunno, I was just looking for what might have confused Joe into thinking that was the same as Low Fantasy!
