Lucy went over Will’s head to get the DA, her ex-brother-in-law, to examine the lab tests for Sarah Peterson and the nurse, Wendy Parsons. Despite the outcome, was that a wrong move? Should she have pursued another option?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments It was the perfect move. She's lucky that her ex-brother-in-law is willing to still do favors for the family. Lucy needed to get those lab tests before any drugs disappeared. I don't know what other options she could have had.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Lucy is never going to let an injustice go. It just is not in her DNA. She will always use any way she has to see that justice is done. Going over Will's head was her only way to get justice done in the time she had.

After Will’s behavior, Lucy wasn’t left with any options. His stubbornness and unprofessional behavior almost got him killed. Lucy was winning with Marilyn Todd until he barged in, refusing to stay out even when Lucy asked him to. He had to learn the hard way.

I remember not being a big fan of him in his own story. Lucy presented her case logically and should have been given the benefit of the doubt. He made it be all about supporting a terrorist, not the victim. Lucy stood for Sarah, not Charlie. She did the right thing.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I understand the urgency of getting the tests done quickly, but Lucy needs to start following the chain of command and stop stepping on toes. It will not make for an easy FBI career.
I do like how Lucy is always doing things like this for the victim. It makes her more human as an FBI agent. Will's attitude probably did have something to do with her actions.

Will refused to have the tests ordered.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments Lucy did what she thought she had to do before traces of drugs might have disappeared. She was bold to go to her ex brother-in-law, too!

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Lucy didn't have a choice. She knew the poisons have a limited life cycle. Will blocks her at every turn so what else could she do. She has an in and she used it.

Will’s obstinacy was inexplicable, based on noting credible.
