Aww, I love ya'll too! Lol, also not in a weird way... 😂 Goodness, this week has been insane. Earlier this week was fine, but right around Wednesday it just got hectic! How has it been for you two? I am so incredibly glad it's Friday 😭

We have to have a mask on at all times and we can’t be close to people. We also can’t go out unless it’s absolutely necessary
A mask at all times? So like...in your house..? Or walking outside for exercise?
Outside, none of us are negative anymore so it doesn’t matter

Hey guys hope everyone’s been doing great! I just completed my reading goal so I changed it to 40 books. I also finished Girl, Serpent, Thorn and it’s a REALLY GREAT BOOK! Lol I love y’all and have a good night/day!

Lmao I didn't sleep much last night either. 😅😂 And I have no reading progress to share. 😂😅😅 I haven't read lately. The Crowns of Croswald book 2 is what I want to finish next though, and I know it'll be good! 😊

Bro my motivation to do anything went from 100 to 0 this week and it’s been so slow i want to scream 😂 trying to complete 1,000 pages this week for my reading challenge and it ain’t working out tbh

Well at least it’s pages and not books and thankfully most of the books I read are usually between 300-1,000 pages

This may be a stupid question, but is there a way to search for my 4 star reads?? Because I'm looking for the ones I rated 4-5 stars, but I don't want to dig through all of the ones I read already 😬

Holly, go to your profile --> the first spot under your picture that says # of ratings (# avg) --> and then on the top where it lists cover, title, author, avg rating, rating, etc... you want to click on "rating" with that little black arrow. It will flip it between highest to lowest and lowest to highest stars you've rated your books. :)
I think 5 stars is automatically at the top for everyone, so it will just descend as you scroll down to 4 stars and etc. :)

Anybody have any tips on how to read faster? The diviner’s is taking me forever and I don’t understand why
I wish I did, but I usually take a few weeks to read a book, so... Lol 😅 How many pages do you have left?
200 😭 I’ve been reading it for a month and normally it only takes me 3-5 days to finish
Huh, that is kind of odd. 🤔Is it just super packed with info? It might be there's just a ton going on in the book and so it's taking longer? Not sure why this one would do that though considering how large other books you apparently have read are...
Tell me about it! A lot was going on in Kingdom of Ash which is 998 pages and I read it in two days! And this book is only 500. But it changes POV regularly so it gets confusing and I’m thinking maybe that’s what’s throwing me off I’m about to DNF it -_-
Yeah, that could be it. Maybe you should DNF it for now, and you could try it again some other time if you really wanted to! My DNF pile is just stuff I intend to go back to and try again with.

Macey lol I binged Kingdom of Ash in a day!!! I totally relate to how easy to read that was! 😂 I actually got to the end and felt like there easily could have been another 100 pages and I wanted it lol. But KOA also had a ton of different POV's, a LOT was going on all over the place in it, so why the Diviners is taking you longer is really just up to that book's plot and writing style. Sometimes it just feels slow or isn't capturing your attention as well. But I'm also totally the same--if i stop reading a book i get mentally detached from it and end up not picking it back up. So i always read my books all at once. Its the best way to remember all the details and feel the full build up of everything too.
Well that’s true! But In KOA it told whos POV you were reading and usually it was a chapter long. The diviner’s doesn’t say so you have to figure it out and it changes after every few paragraphs! 😂 This is what I get for trying to read a book outside of my normal genre 😭
