I mean I'm always binging Netflix, so it's not really new πππ
π€·π»ββοΈ I've been way lots of Asian drams! I just finished rewatching Cheese in the Trap
Felgo Honey, I just saw your post!! π Best of luck! Atleast you can be kn your pjs.And lol YouTube is great too! The rights for one of my fave Japanese dramas actually expired so it was taken off of Netflix in the fall π but it's all on YouTube so I'm starting a rewatch right now lol
Good luck Felgo Honey!!!Lol Callie! π Yeah, I've been watching quite a bit of YouTube and playing Animal Crossing New Leaf, so I'm not too much better...
Lol at least it's on YouTube now, Taylor! π
Lol they are! It's what made me buy the older version for the 3DS! XD I don't have a Switch so I figured I can still enjoy some Animal Crossing, even if it's not the newest one! π
So true about the quality, they work great for yearsss which is what you want. The island life on this new one looks so cute.
Ugh, I know!!! The rest of my siblings have Switches so it's been making me really wish I had the money to buy one and get Animal Crossing for it... It just looks so fun!
Tea.Also I know how you feel about the snow it just wont go away, It started snowing in September and has yet to go away.
Tea! β€β€β€ But I do love hot chocolate (esp with peppermint), and a good latte or cappuccino. And the weather has been so back and forth that I was a actually sad the snow didn't last here longer. It's been a little too warm to snow here now, and rainy the last few days. But today is sunny and really nice out. Spring days are definitely coming
same but I wouldn't be surprised if mother nature decides the we still need more snow before it goes away.
It was suppose to snow today, but so far it doesn't look like it will quite manage it. And I am more of a tea drinker, unless I don't have to make the hot chocolate in order to have some lol!
Omg now we're talking, breakfast food are my absolute favorites too!! ππβ€πβ€ omg I could eat breakfast foods for every mail. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, muffins!! Now I'm hungry lolπππ
Ohhh hot chocolate with your breakfast foods, interesting! I'd prefer chocolate milk, but that's good too! Officially making homemade hashbrowns Saturday morning hahha
Wait, Callie, how do you make the perfect hot chocolate? And biscuits and gravy is my favorite breakfast food π€€π
I'm actually not a big fan of adding marshmallows to my hot chocolate because they just become sticky, especially if you add a lot. My favorite thing is just to throw pieces of a candy cane in to get that peppermint flavor. π€π¬
It is very southern for a western girl! π Biscuits and gravy are just my weakness!Oooh, that sounds good! I'll have to try it sometime! π Though I don't know I could bribg myself to add peppermint. I don't like peppermint.. π
Lol yeah I also have that issue with toothpaste... I have learned that brushing my teeth is an activity meant for suffering π
There are lots of berry flavors omg! I'm not sure why you guys cant find any ππ but just grab kid's toothpaste for the berry flavors if you want haha. I'll admit with mouthwash that kind of has to be mint I think, but there are a lot of non mint floss options, and when I went to the dentist recently she had a lot of different flavors for stuff. I feel like mint for those things is very different than peppermint though, and especially peppermint in chocolate. Absolutely delicious. Not 'minty' but sweet.
Btw if you guys don't know about the magical OWLS Readathon, it's starting April 1st and goes the whole month! This is the first time I'll be participating
You're definitely right that mint is the most dominant, common flavor though. Hope you guys can find ones you like better! And I only just learned about it and it's so professionally done and amazing. Each subject is a different reading prompt, and if you read a book that satisfies that prompt then you pass the subject. And you can even choose a wizarding career that had certain subjects to focus on if you want. It's really cool. You can upload your page counts as you go too, and the house with the most points wins the House Cup.
All the info is on magicalreadathon.com
I have never heard of the OWL readathon before so I took a look at it. I don't get why Six Of Crows is in the care for magical creatures section multiple times.
Your comment didn't load yet before so just seeing it now. I'm not sure what you're looking at/talking about?
That sounds really cool! I was never really into Harry Potter, but I'll have to look at this when I get home. It sounds fun! The pages won't load very well on my phone though, lol
I don't know where you saw the book recommendations, but SoC just must have fit several of the prompts so they suggested it for a few lol. π€·π»ββοΈ confused about the care of magical creatures part though. I'm not sure you're looking at the write thing for this year isk. But yeah it's one prompt per book though so you need a new book for each one. I'm a mood reader so I'll just decide as I go lol
Oh I found what you were looking at. I'm not sure why you were confused though lol π That google doc is just recommendations submitted be anyone. So obviously there are just multiple people that thought to add Six of Crows as recommendations. There are other repeat books too. It's just whatever people wanted to recommend, it's not an official doc or anything, but it's nice they have a group rec list like that!!Like I said I'm a mood reader though so I'm definitely just gonna go with whatever I have that suddenly I feel like reading lol. Hopefully I can actually read with this slump tho lol
It's cool for sure!!! I printed the prompt papers and Hogwarts letter for it because it all looks so professional and I mailed them to my sister. And aI decorated it so it looks like it's from Hogwarts. I hope it helps with my slump tooβ€
I was just looking at the website, and I agree! It looks soooo fun! I'm totally in! Aww, it's sweet that you sent it to your sister!
Happy weekend!!! How are you guys doing? And did you guys decide if you're going to do the OWL readathon?
I'm not sure if Callie decided to join or not yet, but I've been doing it. They actually do a lot of fun extra things too, like HP trivia games, you can get house points during them. π The first OWLS exams I chose to do was Charms (a book with a white cover) so I'm reading Sailor Moon. And I also decided I want to do the additional Merpeople Linguistics course! π§π»ββοΈππ
Aww, that's cool! It made me want to pick up a Sailor Moon manga lolYeah, I do want to do the challenge! You know the career path things? I kind of want to go for the Librarian one, so I'm just about to start reading House of Salt and Sorrows for my Defense Against the Dark Arts course. (A book that takes place at the sea/coast) π
Yeah the prompts are fun, they inspire/motivate you to read which can be really fun and helpful!
And oooo Holly! I haven't decided to do the DADA one yet so I haven't chosen a book yet if I do it, but I've heard good things about HoSaS! I hope you like it!
I agree! It's really fun to have things like this going! πUgh, it looks so good! I'm only a chapter in, but I already love the feeling it's giving off! ππ
That's awesome! A good start. π I was thinking I'd do Herbology next, something starting with the letter M. I'm feeling more like easy quicker reads right now so probably another manga! That exam satisfies the Merpeople Linguistics requirements. π€π§π»ββοΈ
