And yeah The Night Circus is fantasy! I haven't read it yet, but people are obsessed with it, it's supposed to be very magical and fun. Caraval is recommended for people who loved TNC because they both have a fun circus aspect.

I have to read a book for this school project but it's super boring and I can't seem to get into it. How do I get through it?
Oh, and thanks Taylor for finding me funny! :)

Which book is it? I would just try to read it a little at a time so you don't get burnt out on it.

I have to finish the book by next week which wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't think the book was boring.
Now that I've read a lot more of it the book isn't as boring anymore!
The book I'm reading is "The Book Thief"
Please don't hate on me for not enjoying it in the beginning T_T
Speaking of Twilight, I actually have the entire series because I got them as free books from the library but I haven't gotten around to reading them in fear of my English teacher scolding me for reading such... steamy novels lol.
Should I try them? After I finish "The Book Thief" of course.
I just want to mention how fun it is to come back to Goodreads and see your guys' conversations!

And lolllll they are not steamy novels 😂😂😂 They're very much Young Adult. They do talk about sex and do it and what not with book 3 and 4, but the series isn't like that. 😂 I think you'd get more of the "oh twilight? *rolls eyes*" type of judgemental reactions lol. But I'd definitely say to give them a try! They're just a fun read.
And I really like following this convo too!🤗

And I don't blame you for having trouble with the beginning of The Book Thief! Honestly, I kind of had trouble with the beginning too. I did eventually start enjoying it though, so hopefully, you do too! And if not, I could totally understand why. 😊

Oooh! If you get aroumd to reading The Darkest Part of the Forest and The Hazel Wood, you gotta let us know how they are!!!

And I have The Hazel Wood but there are a lottt of mixed reviews on it, it definitely seems like one of those either you love it or hate it boooks.
Caraval though!❤

Caraval!!!!

So I think I might get around to Twilight after The Book Thief, but who knows, maybe I'll pick up something like Caraval...?

And I saw you started Caraval, I was literally going to comment that I was excited you started it already! 😂

Lol! Apparently, we could start a club of people who have read/are reading Caraval who don't like Tella! 😂

Guys I'm telling you, I didn't like Tella from book 1 but then I realized you literslly don't know Tella in book 1. Nothing she does is really what Tella is like. You only meet her a few times and she's always purposefully acting to try to get Scarlett first to escape with her and head to Caraval, and then for what needs to happen within the game at the end. Trust me, you don't know what Tella is like AT ALL yet. Legendary really opened my eyes letting me actually meet her and now I love her. Her romance in book 2 OMGGGGG. I think I like it better than Scarlett's loll.

And we COULD pretty well start a book club for reading the same things! 😂

And we COULD pretty well start a book club for reading the same things! 😂

Lol question are you just a harsh rater? Cause I'm surprised you rated it so low, but some people are really specific about their numbers. I hope you start Legendary really soon though!!

What's your rating system, Taylor? Lol you seem much kinder with your rating than we are! 😂

I'm a really kind rater though because in general I feel that people judge a lot of things too harshly, or only those that disliked rate things the most, and I'm just really easy to please with books. 😂 I guess because I know what I like so I don't really read much that I dislike either. Sometimes I just don't rate things if I'm unsure.
But I definitely was addicted to Caraval and stayed up really late into the morning reading it lol! But like you'll hear from everyone, Legendary is a whole lot better. It just feels more expansive and the plot is really fun.
