Hi, found a duplicate of another book from the same author (I don't know if I should open a new topic for this one) :

#1 It's just another edition, even in a different language, so generally we wouldn't call it a duplicate. And there is a difference between combine and merge on GR. I've combined the French edition with the other editions.

As for starting a new topic, it depends. When the topic is linked to a specific book in the topic header, like this one is, please do not use it for other requests. If you had linked the author in the topic header, it is ok to post multiple requests about that author in the same thread.
Linking a book in the topic header is optional. It is also fine to add both links just in the first comment of the topic.

Thank you ! I may have used the "merge" word wrongly, it appears quite the same as "combine" for me, so I'll read the help page you provided. Edit : I've just read it, and I understand what the difference is now, thank you.

I will create another topic then, with all thoses, uh, other editions I found.

No problem. The words itself are indeed very similar, just here on GR that they've gotten their own specific meaning.
