SOLVED. Children's Book w/ mostly illustrations about Dinosours having a Birthday party. Short story for kindergartners. Read in 2005

[Sea Shells, Sea Shells by the Sea Shore]

I read this book when I was young in around 2005. It was part of a book series but I'm looking for this particular book because I once owned it.

It was a short story about dinosaurs having a birthday party and I can't remember much after that as far as the story goes. It was geared toward kindergartners I think.

It was mostly made of illustrations with about 1 to 3 sentences on each page. The art style looked kind of like Moomin and the colors were soft like almost that of a water painting. The book itself was relatively small and was made of thick paper almost like hard cardboard I think. The book/illustrations had no real backgrounds and it was mostly white.
