I don't remember a lot, but a few key details. The boy was taken as a child and trained in fighting I believe. He lives in a rich apartment, and his neighbors don't know his real name and they think he is in business (like an accountant maybe). His first assignment that we see in the book is to help someone being abused and the man doing it is about to start doing it to her younger sister. The main character is a robin hood with a mysterious past. I believe it is a series. I only read the first few pages in 2014-2017 I think. The time period was the 1990s I think, maybe later in the 2000s. It was in english.

I think it's for adults, I didn't read the whole book, I think it was in a bookstore. That's basically all I can recall. Sorry!!
