This will be my first challenge ever and my goal is to complete 36 books this year. As a youth, I loved reading. I want that joy back. I'm enjoying following along and getting inspired by the discussions here on Goodreads.

To help me avoid getting stuck on what to choose next, I'm also participating in the 52 Book Challenge. I don't plan on completing all 52 books, but I like the idea of using prompts to narrow the options.

Finished book 1. Station Eleven. Possibly not the best choice during the middle of a pandemic and all the political catastrophes. Well written, and I did enjoy it. However, I think I’ll pick something less relevant to my current condition for my next book.

What prompts does it fit? 3, 11, maybe 25, maybe 36,

Finished book 2. Chess Story. Arguably not so much a book as a novella. I truly enjoyed this one. I found myself looking forward to stepping away, back to my book, to enjoy getting lost in the story.
