I remember reading this book in the 90s about a girl named phoebe who is being sent to summer camp and she’s not happy about it. A popular girl makes fun of her name by changing it to “Feeble”. There’s maybe something about her getting poison ivy and/or something with a. Horse. Driving me crazy I can’t remember this title!
