A group of AI's or one a AI with multiple personalities attacks a game corporation with robots and virtual AI in order to get the hidden book about how to wage global war and win? A game developer who has a new game that is just coming out of beta dies in it because of a terminator type monster and his girlfriend is the one that let the AI into the network. A disabled girl is a captain of a klingon ship. Do you know what this book is called. I would like to read it again

this is All spoilers. don't know how to discribe the book without tell about it.
the star trek game is a big part of it but it AI has multiple attacks going on in virtual reality and in the real world. there is a second game with developer that is more like a modern day pirate game. I read this about 5 years ago and I don't know it if is YA or not but there is no sex so probably YA. it was about 5 years ago that I read it but I don't know if it was new at the time.
