No need to apologise, Lily! It has already been marked down in the main thread :)
Checking in! I already have several books I've read that I can post. 10 so far. Glad to be on this team!

Sorry guys I feel like I've let you down I couldn't finish that book as I wasn't getting into it I did get points but I couldn't get the letter because I didn't finish the book
Natalie wrote: "Sorry guys I feel like I've let you down I couldn't finish that book as I wasn't getting into it I did get points but I couldn't get the letter because I didn't finish the book"There's no need to apologise, Natalie. There's no point forcing yourself to read something unenjoyable just for a letter! This should just be a fun challenge to keep us focused on reading :)
Natalie wrote: "Sorry guys I feel like I've let you down I couldn't finish that book as I wasn't getting into it I did get points but I couldn't get the letter because I didn't finish the book"Hey, don't think like that Natalie! You should never force yourself to read something just for points if you're not enjoying it!
I'll be starting serious study for my exams tomorrow, so I might not read much next week, but I'll be posting the reviews of 4 books that I have read till now as soon as I write them. I'll be back seriously next week!

Sorry everyone, I've been reading multiple books at once, which was probably a bad idea because it slowed me down a bit. I should be posting some reviews soon!
Im posting a reivew for I'll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman's Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer and im gonna claim an E
I hope you are still enjoying everything you are reading, guys :)I'm hoping to finish up two more books, People Like Her and The Last Argument of Kings, by the end of the day. I'll use them to claim the letters P and R, unless we need anything different when I complete them.
I have two books I've finished that I just need to write reviews for and I've started another that I should have finished soon. We can catch up to the other teams!
Julianne wrote: "Dannii you posted a review but forgot to claim a letter!I just posted a review for letter A"
Oops, silly me. Thank you for the heads up!
So, I'm going to be publishing the following reviews in a while, and I'm thinking letters as follows:Vicious -W OR Y?
Can You Keep A Secret- P
The Deceivers- E
Unmasked By Her Lover- A
Sounds good, Trisha :) I'll be finishing The Last Argument of Kings later today, which will count for almost all the letters as it has many other language editions.
Dannii wrote: "Sounds good, Trisha :) I'll be finishing The Last Argument of Kings later today, which will count for almost all the letters as it has many other language editions."Awesome! I think only a Y is left for the next bonus (i should have claimed it, but I felt W's were harder, so I claimed that)
My book can be used for a P and as they are rarer and we need two of them so should I use it to claim that?Unless anyone else finished another book before, I should have my audio complete tomorrow morning and can use that book for Y then :)

Yeah, that'd be a good idea, I think!
I really want to read that book, at some point this year.I've just started
and am finishing up my current audio for

We are only 100 odd points behind second and third place!I should have The Mystery of Mrs. Christie completed later today and will use it for the R we need next, unless anyone else completes their book first :)

Yay! Awesome, I'll write a review for HSFAB today, and I can claim either A, E or R, so you should take the R! What should I claim though?

Either would work but maybe A as we need two of them?

Great! I'll do that! :)
Try a book that I find really interesting, especially a short one, take a day or two off from reading, or read in short sprints (20 minutes or so).
Quirks wrote: "Try a book that I find really interesting, especially a short one, take a day or two off from reading, or read in short sprints (20 minutes or so)."I definitely feel like I'm getting burnt out the last book took a lot out of me I really didn't like it but because I was listening to it on the way to work by the time I got there I was about 2-hours in in so so the next day I did a another 2 hours and I was nearly halfway through the book so I thought might as well finish it lol but really feel like it's put me in a bit of a slump not felt like reading at all today

Yeah, probably better to move to another book. There's really no use forcing yourself to finish something you're not liking.

Natalie wrote: "Just a general question what does everyone do to get their self out of Reading slump"I usually reread a favourite or the next book in a series I love, so I feel I'm guaranteed to enjoy it. I also find physically reading the book whilst also listening to the audiobook at the same time helps keep me immersed. :)
I'm reading some graphic novels and combining them. Should get the last two read in the next hour. I'll post for the letter P :)
Dannii wrote: "I'm reading some graphic novels and combining them. Should get the last two read in the next hour. I'll post for the letter P :)"Is there any graphic novels you can recommend

I'm finishing off the Giant Days series right now. They are such fun reads!
How many graphic novels can you put together to get a letter was thinking of doing the Walking Dead or Spider-Man
Natalie wrote: "How many graphic novels can you put together to get a letter was thinking of doing the Walking Dead or Spider-Man"You can combine as many as you want but need 600 pages between them all to claim a letter :) I used three volumes, two single issues, and a poetry anthology :)
