I am in for 10. I looked up these authors and 2 write Amish books and since I live in Amish Country I don't read them. I can look out my window if I want to know about the Amish. Also don't take them seriously. There are fun to read but not factional. So if there not Amish I will read them.
I’m in! Might swap an author or two or add an extra favourite author a month I want to catch book up on!

I think Beverly Lewis is the only exclusive writer of Amish Fiction on the list.

Beverly Lewis is a replacement on Andrea's list for Suzanne Woods Fisher.
Suzanne Woods Fisher does write Amish, but she has a contemporary women's fiction/romance series titled Three Sisters Island that I have enjoyed that would work for someone not wanting to read Amish.

Thank you for the note about Andrea's updates!! I had copied and pasted her list not realizing it was different. There are other differences too, which is totally fine, but my hope is to follow the list from Cheryl.
Suzanne Woods Fisher's contemporary romance series is a good one!

I see the original list but with others posting their lists - its getting confusing as to what the original list is.
Sorry for creating confusion, folks. I noted at the top of my post that I swapped out a few authors, as per Cheryl’s allowance. I have now added under a strike-out the original authors in front of the ones I swapped in.

Such great authors on here! I'm going to aim for 4 authors. Since I'm somewhat of a slow reader, I'm going to give myself some leniency and not feel like I have to read a book by the author in the exact month, though try for this.

I always have trouble navigating through these discussion boards. Where is the Book of the Month listed? For example, this month was Wonderland Creek by Lynn Austin. But I don't remember which board I found that on.
Hi Kathy here is the link to thread you are looking for- https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...It’s located under the book of the month reading folder. If you go to our home page you can find the different folders that show the different categories. You can do that by clicking Christian Fiction devourers located at the top of any thread and then scroll down through the different areas and threads. Good luck!
