its a little bit harder than earcs, but you go to publishing companies websites and sometimes depending on which one you go to, there's a blogger's program
i think ur more likely to get physical arcs, if you have a blog!

once you make an account, you can edit your bio/reading preferences, and then there's your dashboard which gives you some options, but you could also click on "Find Titles", to look thru and search for other titles to request

you have to be pretty patient, lol
they won't approve you for everything, so it's important that you request a lot
