the pisa is for 15 year olds, yes, but apparently when it was last conducted (is done once in three years to like rank countries in accordance with their education quality(has questions based on inderstanding of maths science and english of the 8th-9th standard level) india had a really bad rank, so now they do it for every class too like prepare them for the exam

even though we're not even eligible for it anymore
