2020 Recommended Reading Challenge - Jan 2021 BotM Selection

This is the discussion thread for members who have completed the entire 2020 Reading Challenge by Dec. 16th, 2020, to work together to select our January 2021 Book of the Month.

Like all BotM selections the comic book (or manga) picked for this month must fit these requirements:

- Fits the month's theme
- Available in English
- Available digitally (legally)
- Available in print
- Is NOT an Omnibus or multi-volume collection

Let's try to have a book selected by January 1st!

No theme, the folks who finished the challenge will just pick a book for the group together.

Ayyy, exciting! I vote we pick something out of the norm or less recognizable by name, since the winners of the monthly polls tend to be comics everyone has heard of.

To that end, I've been meaning to read Why Art? and think it looks great! Available digitally for free on Hoopla for those who have it. :)

I'd be okay with Why Art? I've been wanting to read an Elanor Davis book for like 6 years now.

Being on comixology unlimited/Hoopla probably woudn't hurt.

Hawkeye Freefall, its a good miniserie for a character that is kinda overlooked in the past but gets his shine in recent years.

The themes are picked for the year by the staff. Then members throw out suggestions each month starting on the 15th and we vote on what the selection of the month will be.
