😂Mood, but it's never too late to get back into it! At least you were on it back at the start of the year. My progress for this challenge has been really sporadic. Are you planning on finishing it? You've only got 2 books to go!

Wow great job Eden! So far this year I've read 188 stuff, but only 46 of those were books, the rest were all comic, graphic novels or manga.
I'm hoping to reach 250 by the end of the year, hopefully I can do it...

One to go and I forgot about reading the 46th book on my TBR. Almost finished and forgot. 😡

time passed so fast i didn't even remember what year it is now. but yes, this TBR challenge looks fun so i definitely will be joining for the 2022 one.

@Lynn noooo! Are you going to finish this one then? I feel like I'm just going to leave this challenge now. I'm much more excited for my 2022 TBR Challenge book choices so if I manage to finish that one (there's a very small chance I will as I never do) then I'll come back to this one.

I'm just going to leave it. I didn't finish the challenge within the time period allotted. 😤 So I consider it failed - I know it is just a self challenge, but it's time to move on to new books.

Aah you didn’t fail it! You gave it your best shot! Plus if you failed then I definitely failed😂 I get what you mean though and with fresh new books in a new challenge it’s more exciting. Let’s hope we both finish this year’s TBR challenge!

I'm just mad at myself because I could have easily finished. This year, I'm going to go for the gold... or whatever 🤨 and make a concerted effort to finish.

@Lynn that's the spirit! That was me starting straaaight away and I'm already starting to lose steam😂 I started with a bit of a boring book out of all the ones I chose😩 I hope you have more luck with your first read for the TBR Challenge than I do!

I'm looking at using the Michael Vey books for several of the prompts.

When you find one series and it fits so many things😂 It's useful plus you get to binge-read the series. If the first book is anything to go by, it's definitely a series worth binge-reading!

Message 84 updated literally three years later.

So it turns out I had finished two prompts in the latter half of 2021 and then I used three books from 2022 to complete some prompts. Even when counting the books I have read recently, I did not finish this challenge which is embarrassing. To be fair, they are really specific and I will try to prioritize them in 2024. It just goes to show I really don't read poetry books or a novel in verse often. And the 46th book on my TBR is not something I own but I hope to get it in the library.
