Hi Guys. I read a novel the name of which I can’t remember as I read a lot of books sometime between the years 2008 - 2015 but that is not what I am interested in. It’s at the end of the novel that I read an excerpt of another novel which I can’t get out of my head. It looked like the first chapter of the said book like a sneak peek. In it the heroine is in the stands watching a tennis match and her eyes are on the one player. The author made it sound like the woman knew the male player before and she is thinking that he is more controlled now in his game and his emotions because previously he used to get very angry if the game wasn’t going his way or he was not winning. He would get easily riled up, angry and she recalled one incident in which he banged his tennis racket on the tennis court floor because he was pissed with himself and his game. I don’t know whether they were the H/h of the novel because I never got the chance to read it and I really want to. From the first chapter the author made it sound like that they are but I can’t be sure. That is actually all I remember. I don’t even remember the entire chapter or what the names of the H/h were or the letters they start from or something but I know their names were mentioned. It was not in first person POV. I will be glad of someone remembers this novel or a book which has this scene at the start of the novel or something. Thanks in advance for all the help guys.
