I am a super slow reader so I’m on like chapter four of the mist Im enjoying it though when u get to read it so yay

next is Leah on the Offbeat, this book was really really good! completely different from the last book i got through this one in one sitting and the story was super sweet. it's a sequel that takes place a year later to Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda but it's from simon's best friend's point of view. i've read the first book at least 10 times and it such a comfort book for me so it was really interesting to see this characters pov aaaand it just felt like safe??? to read because i already know and love most of the characters. would give 5 stars for sure
i didn't read much in november buuut i have so many books i got out from the library that i'm very excited to read in december!!!
Books mentioned in this topic
Heartless (other topics)Leah on the Offbeat (other topics)
Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda (other topics)
Stalking Jack the Ripper (other topics)
More Happy Than Not (other topics)
i was in a slump this month (boohoo) so i didn't get through everything i wanted to read but here's what i finished
Stalking Jack the Ripper - 4 stars
i LOVED this book and i think i already talked about it on here so i won't explain everything but i am very excited to continue the series.
More Happy Than Not - 4 stars.
okay i knew that all adam silvera books are sad (exhibit a, They Both Die at the End), but like when i started this one it didn't seem like it would be that sad but i'd give it like 7/10 frowny faces. anyways this book kinda blew me away.
Cinder - 3.5 stars.
i don't have any issues with cinder, i did enjoy it, it just didn't really stand out to me. i like marissia meyer's other books better than i did cinder so far, but to be fair this book is older than the other one's I've read.
but this is a series so I'll keep reading and i'm sure it'll get cooler :)
bonus i'm gonna talk about some of the books i'm reading right now bc i started them in november and i have opinions hooray
Dash & Lily's Book of Dares
i'm reading this because it's my favourite holiday book and because the Netflix series just came out. now let me start by saying that i really like this book, but i have to say that i like the Netflix series more!! it's not that the book is bad, but i loved the series a LOT.
if you want a short Christmas show to watch, WATCH THIS. it just feels so Christmassy and i love all characters and the plot it's all so awesome and i will not stop talking about until well into January.
A Study in Scarlet
i'm not going to lie i got this as an audiobook just because i love hearing British people talk (and it has cool violin music between chapters). but so far i am liking it, just a fun little mystery.
now i'm done rambling but yeah if you read anything last month share it here if u want !
