I would just let it run it’s course no need to close or delete it. People can still go check it out if they’d like and comment.
let's just put the One Piece discussion under the discussion board later. I'll fix the board and threads. I'll give you all time to think of different topics and suggest it here :)
Anyone can make a new topic they should just try and put them in the same folder. I would personally just leave the old MOTM right in that folder that way people can just go back to them.
I kept checking how it would look like in the app and the boards aren't organized but when you open it on the site, they are all arranged.
hi! i was wondering, what are the "Name's Space" are for? Should we create a board for Member's Space rather than name it as Reading Rooms? I think we should add threads in reading rooms such as "Manhwa Room", "Manhua Room", "Graphic Novel Room" etc..
It's basically a space for who ever wants to have a place to list what they have read. You can change the title for that to members space and create the reading rooms for manhwa, manhua and graphic novel. Those sound like a good idea to me!
I think that would be a good idea, seeing as it would be easier for newer members to understand.
Our Poll will be wrapping up tomorrow. As it stands now we are looking at a 3 way tie. Anyone have any problems with me solving the dilemma with a roll of a die?
I would just assign each title 2 numbers on the die and go from there.

I was thinking that we should probably have a moderator for every five people in our group, so seeing as we already have four, if you want to, there is one other spot open.

Or if we're struggling to keep up. Yeah, it doesn't seam necessary to have too many moderators. But your call MK.

Now that I think about it, we probably don't need another seeing as we have been doing fine.

MK think of what genre or theme you want to do for January. So we can set up our nominations in a week or so. Then if you’d like to be in charge of the monthly themes fine or nominate someone to cover February. Not that we need a theme every month either but it makes it fun sometimes.
Maybe we can rotate choosing generas every month. Like you took charge this month Greg, so MK can do January and then Eden and I will be February and March, which ever month we choose, and then back to you in April.

Yeah that's kinda what I was suggesting. MK just needs to have a genre or theme picked before Friday so we can open up the nomination thread and get to voting before the end of the month.

Eden or Jenny one of you want to hit me with a genre or theme. I'd like to send out the communication and make the thread tomorrow.
Hello everyone, I am very sorry for being inactive and MIA. I got caught up with school and I had a lot of work to do. I already chose sports for our theme of January's MOTM and suggested Haikyuu. I am really sorry for the delay of response! Happy Holidays!
So, I am goanna take a moment and grump... I have forced overtime at work. This month, every single person has to work January 1st to 30th. 12 hour shifts. On top of that, my shift works the 31 st and the 1st and 2 nd of febuary. At least 33 straight days. Oh, and I heard till February 8 they may make us work straight. I also take care of my dad... When I complained the response is we are looking into how we can reduce it a bit and yet last night they announced all 30 days are 12 hours.
Can someone please get me a winning lottery ticket???

Sounds like a good reason to grump. Hang in there Jenny. That is some ridiculous OT. Unless I was very hard up and needed to work like that I don't think I could. That's nuts.
While we are warming this thread up I was thinking of making February a themeless month. Just let everyone nominate whatever they want and vote on it. Thoughts? I also noticed our leader has vacated the premises.

We could do another romance month or maybe harem manga. Not sure I just don't wanna burn too many people if they aren't into that genre.

So is everyone leaning more Romance for February. I mean that work's fine for me.
I'll pick the theme for March unless anyone else really wants it. Or we can make March an open month.
Thoughts? I plan on sending out the Recommendation announcement tomorrow.

Works for me.
Works for me.
I'd like to one month where our suggestions are all prequel/ sequel/ spin off mangas. I can think of quite a few, if any one else thinks this might be a cool idea
I was thinking about starting a Group Watch Anime of the Month. Let me know if there is any interest in this. I was personally thinking we could do a series group watch and a film group watch that way if anyone can't commit to a series they could participate in the movie's.
We could run a poll and recommendation like we do for the Manga of the Month. I think we should just limit thing's to show's that can be relatively easily viewed via a streaming service. Whether that be Crunchy, Funimation, Netflix, HBO, Prime, or whatever. That way at most it would cost someone 10-15$ to participate. I obviously don't mind if anyone uses any other methods as I know there are numerous less than legitimate ways of watching everything. But we obviously can't share those on the feed and I don't want to put anyone in a position where if they want to participate they would have to use that method.

As do I. I used to have a caravan of fansubs on CD-Rs Traveling cross country 😂. I’m not saying don’t use that method I’m just saying as a group it would be bad to rely on it or advertise it.
