I like Ron best of all :) Movie and book version. I guess it's the humor he brings to pretty much all situations. Everyone wants to laugh! He's like the best friend everyone wants in my opinion. So, no, you are not alone in your liking of Ron!

I have to say, Ron is nice, and I might have overexagarated earlier, because Ron does have some good qualities, I just think he was a jerk in GoF, PoA, DH and in the beginning of PS to Hermione. Granted he may be used being bullied by his brothers which gives him the rough exterior. I'm just going to say, after to disagree.

Ron's humour and fear of spiders are the two things that made me love him instantly in book 2. I think he makes the story better and helps Harry in many situations throughout all of the books.

I relate to Ron. I'm a middle child, and although he isn't exactly in the middle, he always seems to be overshadowed by his siblings. That's how I feel.

Yes I like Ron a lot, sometimes more than Harry coz he's the kinda relatable somewhat goofy but jerky character. I love his love for food and his humour and his friendship with the other two of the trio. They always make it work in the end even when they fall out coz that's how friendships work.

Ron may not be among my all-time favorite characters, but I do love him. I feel like he was always underestimated as a kid, and seeing him grow up with Harry and Hermione was so amazing to watch. The Golden Trio would definitely not be the same without him.

I love Ron! He can be so mean sometimes, but that's what makes him such a diverse character. He's funny, but he also has some serious problems, like how he feels about Hermione, and his fear that she will be with Harry. He's nowhere near perfect, but who is?

I LOVE HIM!! I have no idea how people don’t!! He isn’t the nicest to Harry sometimes but he has a reason to be!! I feel like his mother cares about Harry more that she cares about Ron! Ron is a great character. Not only is he funny and brings some light into dark situations, but he is also very caring and self aware. He risked his own life multiple times because he knew Harry and Hermione were more important to the wizarding world than himself. Like for instance in the Sorcerer's (or Philosophers) Stone he risked getting killed in the chess game in order for Harry and Hermione to continue on. When Dobby died, Ron gave his clothes for Dobby to be buried in (tear-jerker). That's just my opinion though
